Most of the staff are friendly. Sometimes they don't seem too happy to be there and the store could do with a good clean at times however they have some of the best ranges out there depending on what you're after

Lots of multi buy offers but I think it encourages you to buy more than what you maybe intended. Prices without multi buy I think are a little more expensive than other supermarkets.

Parking in the car park is paid for for non-customers, but the cashier never asked if we needed a voucher for free parking. So make sure you remember to ask for or you?ll have to pay despite spending money in the shop.

I have been going to Iceland regularly recently, great offers plus 10% discount for Over 60's on Tuesdays. Staff are really friendly & helpful. Well worth a visit!

For what is by all appearances a "small" town centre Iceland, this one is actually remarkably well stocked. A little tight in some of the aisles but that is the compromise for carrying far more of the Iceland range than many other town centre branches. Benefits its own car park (chargeable, but refunded against shopping) and right in the centre of Chippenham, easy walking to the bus station or to the train station.
