Really unimpressed. Eventually served after much backstage banter. Questioned unnecessarily about my condition by someone who didn't actually know about it. Finally told they had the product in stock but it was reserved for another customer.

Had a very smooth experience, the staff were polite also. I got an emergency prescription sent they had the medication and I only had to wait 5 mins.

Fast efficient customer service. Needed Meds quickly following doctor appt yesterday. More in hope, than expectation popped into the pharmacy this morning and they fast tracked the presciption for me. Very much appreciated and so glad this is my pharmacy of choice.

Urgently need do speakto someone about meds, they've not answered the phone at all for a long time I've called numerous times and they've now left the receiver off the hook. Absolutely disgusting you should be ashamed of yourselves

Great practice. I've been served by chemist / pharmacyst Chris who was very professional and helpful. I called in for advice first and stopped by for the medicine later. Good experience.

I used to use the chemist a lot, when we shopped there for food, but changed to online with another superstore. However, they were always helpful and reliable. I rang the other day to enquire about flu jabs and firstly they answered the phone!! Which is not the case for most in Chippenham, and the lady was very kind and helpful...Thank you
