We visited the WH Smith shop this evening after a horrendous car accident while waiting for my son to collect us. We were looked after by a wonderful man called Izac who could not help us enough, just wanted to say a very big Thanks to him for looking after us in our distraught state. Thanks again Izac!

WH Smiths is a lovely store with brilliant staff. Lost my phone in the service toilets and they managed to get a hold of it and get it back to me before I left!
