“Following a recent cataract op l needed to replace four pairs of glasses.I was dealt with by Anna who could not have been more professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I love buying new glasses and Anna made the whole experience fun and l got exactly what l wanted. Mirror finishes on my sunnies, and replaced sports frames, plus my reading and prescription frames.All four pairs were ready in four working days which l was totally amazed by and again Anna was a joy to deal with and took a lot of care and attention to detail when fitting them. Anna is a credit to Boots opticians Devizes, she is so good at her job and l would not hesitate to use this service again and recommend to others.”

“The staff in there today were amazing. They helped me around the store and gave me some gift ideas for my elderly mum. They packed my bags for me and because I had a walking stick insisted on taking the bags to the car for me. Imo they went up and beyond their job expectations. Excellent service. Well done ladies”

“A nice shop to visit it stocks most of the products you would expect to find here, the staff are helpful and friendly.It can be busy on a weekend if you are shopping or picking up a prescription, so be prepared to wait when visiting for the latter.”
