This is a popular destination for visitors to the Abbey and village. Expect tables to be at a premium during busy times. We had some lovely drinks scones and cakes and pleasant conversations with other visitors.

This is a lovely asset to the village. Usual National Trust quality food and drink, but a slightly limited choice. Thankyou for our many visits.Kid-friendliness: Children welcome. Lunch bags available.Wheelchair accessibility: Not ideal, but doable . Disabled toilet nearby.

Pleasant on a good day. Queues can be very long to get served. I was lucky. Taking anything sweet outside will result in the arrival of lots of wasps ( so better inside)

I would like to thank the 2 National Trust ladies in helping me when I felt ill. I think the heat got to me. I was given a chair in the shade, water and a cold damp cloth to cool me down. My husband and I were very grateful.Parking: Members parking

Unfortunately was very disappointed as the scones were hard on the inside and out. The children's meal desl was over priced. If your going to charge extortionate prices, please make sure that the products you sell are upto standard.

Nice clean cafe and plenty of seating inside and out, ice cream parlour adjoining the cafe. It does get very busy weekends!

This tea room is located near the entrance to the Lacock Abbey and just across from the back of the Red Lion Hotel. It has tables & chairs inside where the counter is and a large outdoor area with slightly uncomfortable wooden park bench settings. It was pretty busy on the Tuesday afternoon that we visited and that might explain why the service was so slow, but I think it?s more about the layout & set-up, to be honest. And frankly I?d hate to see how it would be in a really busy summer weekend. I had a little of my coffee but left most, it was one of the worst coffees I?ve had for a while.

Stopped by here for a coffee as I completed my walk around Lacock, we had a piece of traditional Victoria sandwich it was very good. Young staff but reasonably good and enjoyable unfortunately we pitched up late

It?s a standard national trust cafe but the worst I?ve been to. I have the same meal in every national trust ? tuna baked potato. In the lacock one the potato was rock hard (not cooked through) so I left most of it.The salad didn?t have dressing and the potato didn?t have butter so the bits that were cooked were sooo dry. The tuna had barely anything on it so it too was dryNational trust generally do the same basic food to a satisfactory level, but this cafe doesn?t. The staff were all so stressed I didn?t want to add to it by complaining

Oh NT, sort this place out. The flapjack was so hard I couldn't cut it. My friend's date slice tasted like it had fallen into washing up liquid and even the tea bag tasted bad. How is that possible? A member of staff dropped a tray breaking some china, picked the pieces up with their fingers leaving chips of china on the floor then emptied the dishwasher without washing their hands. Staff looked on, did nothing and were more interested to chat amongst themselves than to serve customers. The NT has such a high standing and reputation for good reason, why do you allow this?

It was the usual high standard that you would expect of a National Trust cafe. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
