“It's a shame that they're short staffed and have been for a long time. They have to close between 13:00 and 14:00 each day which is a nuisance at times. It's not their fault and (when they're there) they're very helpful”

“I wanted to post this for Boot Pharmacy by the doctor's surgery in Malmesbury. Yes there are long queues which can sometimes be frustrating, but they've had a hard old slog these last few years. These five stars are specifically for Darren who works there. No matter what he's friendly, super efficient and always clears a queue quickly as soon as he arrives in my experience! He's an absolute legend and an asset to Boots Pharmacy! Too be honest I think the pharmacy would be screwed without him :)”
