Generally good service however it would be useful to state on these opening hours that they are infact closed between 1- 2pm daily for lunch

The person who spoke to me today was the rudest person I?ve ever met, especially as she talked over, (with a rather raised voice), the young lady who was trying at least to help. This rude person didn?t offer to order for me or at least look in their delivery box which was standing on the floor behind the counter. To my mind if you are for ever running out of an item and need to order more often then put in a bigger order.

Have had issues in the past, but recently things have really improved. Staff do all they can to ensure meds are dispensed in a timely fashion. They do their best in some very stressful and difficult times. Thanks

I stopped getting my prescription from Pewsey Boots, the prescription was never ready, I now have it handled by Pilltime, it arrives promptly by post when needed. They order from the surgery, in fact do everything. I just sit back and wait for the postman.EASY, very efficient.

Its not a busy branch of Boots even less so since the pandemic started but you can never get them to answer the phone . Seriously thinking of reporting the Branch to head office because it needs new management if you can't get through to confirm whether a prescription is ready.

I always find them very helpful and polite.. The pharmacist is lovely!.. Yes there's always a queue but that can't be helped when there's only 1 prescription desk..

I didn't get a text message for repeat prescription, so went in to shop said I need one of the items in 5 days time, the chap said they would sort it, 5 days later they gave me a prescription for all the items I wasn't running out of, but not the one I needed. I have had two days without my medication now, and the staff keep telling me different things, one said it won't be until next week, (today is Friday)

Using this particular branch of Boots can be a mixed bag sometimes; the store itself is small (as Boots stores go) but it still has a wide variety of products available for most ailments including all the things you're most likely to go there for (painkillers, hygiene, creams, lotions, kids stuff etc). Where the store could do better is in the number of staff it employs - it simply isn't enough for the size of village Pewsey now is in 2020. The pharmacy team are simply run off their feet trying to cope with the demand they have. This can lead to long waits just to see the pharmacy counter staff, with a further wait to have the medicine packaged ready to collect. What needs to be done is either to employ more staff (one dedicated to the counter and one more in the pharmacy, or to have a different system for the receipt of prescriptions - perhaps a McDonald's style screen where you enter your details, type in the details of your prescription, and wait. Boots needs to look at this; it's been this way at Pewsey for some years now (yes, years.....)

Will people give them the break! They are excellent. I have just rung up to sort out my medication as I am about to run out and they were brilliant. They immediately sorted me out with emergency supply. Can?t fault themAt all

Went to make purchase. Lights off.Although a female worker was dressed to go home with coat on, peering at her mobile. Unaware as I pushed against a locked door at 17.50.There website quite clearly says 18.00.No doubt they will be paid until six. That is dishonesty in the heart of Pewsey.Shameful.

Very unhelpful and a bit rude. Made me feel very unwelcome. Had to push for some advice and when i asked if they had a certain product there responce was just '' probably not! "

Front of house staffing are really nice people and helpful but it can be hit and miss if the rude one is on duty. Best of all, when most people have lunch at 1pm, on what basis does a local pharmacy decide this is the best time to stop dispensing prescriptions and go on lunch themselves! Cretinous!
