Went in to fix an issue with my TaylorMade M4 irons. The 7 & 5 iron ferrules kept coming loose. Staff were extremely helpful and even offered me another set of clubs. Great all round experience

Very helpful chap in there who regripped my clubs for me. The grips themselves were a little overpriced but I didn't mind paying for the advice he gave.

Staff refused to give me a refund on an unworn glove. They said that 'you can't expect it to not have some wear and tear' (I'd only just taken it out of the packet) Eventually managed to convince them to do a swap but they sulked the whole time. Also the manager stood there awkwardly while the younger member of staff told me there was 'nothing they could do'

Went to look at some wedges for an imminent purchase. Narrowed down to a Vokey and a Wilson Staff.Asked if I could give them a demo. Was told by the manager that he had someone coming in for a fitting and I couldn't use the bay. Seeing as the "fittee" hadn't arrived yet, I asked if I could the bay until they arrived without the launch monitor etc. "I'd rather not" was the response from the manager.If I'm dropping £100+ on a club, I'd like to get a feel for it first! Furthermore, being made to feel like your custom is worth less than someone who isn't even there is not my idea of good service.One star added for the app-assited advice from the manager and the positive attitude of the younger staff member. Other than that, really disappointed with the manager on this occasion.

Went to Salisbury branch last year to get custom fitted for some irons. The service then was great so I went back to get custom fitting for woods. Chris was the guy I saw and was impressed that he remembered me from last August (2018) when I bought my custom irons, he even remembered what make of irons i bought and even what I do for a living.

The place is easy to find but the parking out front is a bit tight. The staff were very welcoming and let you browse unmolested. Great attentive service pointing out a number of the best deals. Spent 3 times what I intended so well done, I did it with a smile.
