Still getting monthly reminders saying my eye test is overdue, 2 years later having gone to Specsavers ...C'mon Boots Opticians, "should have gone to Specsavers"!

We were where for 1hr and 45minutes yesterday, incompetent elderly staff who can't even operate a till on their own and you have to queue multiple times at the front desk to carryout the entire process. Regret leaving Vision Express, Im going to go crawling back with my rail between my legs and hope the take me back.

Boots opticians manager, Steven Woods, keeps sending me letters to tell me my eye test is overdue. Not only is it NOT overdue, I am no longer a Boots customer and have closed my account.

It is as you would expect from a Boots store although it can be difficult to find what you are looking for. I have had really good service in the store but at times it is difficult to find staff to help.
