Very poor customer service.Upon entering your store I was met by a short que of people waiting to be served. For the last two Saturdays they have failed to deliver newspapers, 1st Saturday they refused to answer phoneThis Saturday a very negative person answed and told me the round was lateIt is 21.00 and still no sign of newspaperShocking service ,why lie ,if you have a problem tell the truth ,don't bullshite

One of the only places in Salisbury that knows how to do cash deposits for online banking (like Monzo)!The lady behind the till was very friendly and left a smile on my face, such a great store in the heart of the city. ?
