Had to visit to change details that couldn't be done online.The ladies working there were wonderful and resolved an issue blocking the change quickly and efficiently.Staff like this, along with accessible branches are priceless.Posting 9.6 billion euros in profit for 2022 whilst cutting opening times, staff hours and closing down entire branches is a sad state of affairs.

Having a bank close at 3pm every day is insane some of use work shifts so it's difficult to get there

I am sure the staff are fantastic however the only branch in a city open from 930-3pm is not useful to the average person working a 9-5.

We changed over to Santander years ago, and have never regretted it for one moment. They are always welcoming, nothing is too much trouble, and it never takes long to get served, unlike our previous bank in the Blue Boar Row.
