My gf bought a voucher on Friday lunch from Tesco. The payg automaton said network was down until late Sunday.Went to Three Shop in Old George Mall Saturday morning for them to apply credit, they couldn't and would give a refund.Unacceptable failure. Actively boycotting Three now.

Avoid like the plague, told my number would be swapped to a new contract, now being told it can?t be done !! Now stuck with a contract I do not want .Been with 3 for 12 years. Obviously not a valued customer so I?m off and will be taking it to Ofcom??. Think you can miss sale and get away with it ??

Just want to say what a lovely experience I had today at the Three store in Salisbury. Went in to upgrade my phone and give my mum my old device. The young lady who served us (annoyingly didn?t get her name!) was so so helpful and lovely and even offered to swap everything over from my old device to my new one.We popped back to see if it was done and unfortunately it was taking a while to sort ? one of those things! When we went back once it was all sorted she had very kindly got me a chocolate egg as a sorry for things taking a while!Honestly one of the loveliest retail encounters I?ve ever had, she went above and beyond!I hope she reads this, and I hope she knows how much it made my day :) xx

After my phone had stopped working I went into the shop and was looked after by Adrian, who spent an hour and a half sorting out several issues with my existing phone and then set me up with a new one and transferred all my data Very impressive and saved me a lot of time.Thankyou to your colleague too.Highly recommended Great service.
