I've dropped my tablet there to get fixed and I still haven't got it back after 1 month and two weeks .I walked in to the shop several times and they ask me to call Vodafone.I've called Vodafone around 7 times so far and still no tablet back but meanwhile I'm still getting charged for the contract.

Went into Vodafone Salisbury on order to help a Ukrainian refugee with a problem on their account. The ?customer service? person said to his colleague ?I need this like a hole in the head? and just wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible. He gave misleading advice to end the conversation. The problem remains unresolved and it?s impossible to get through to anyone by phone. The person we spoke to was rude, appeared to be lacking in grace and intelligence and clearly had no concern for customers. Avoid at all costs.

Very helpful staff, did not feel pressured into anything, options clearly explained. Shop was beautifully warm on a very cold day.

Waited for 20 minutes standing waiting to be served just to be told to come back after 20 mins, turn up and still have to wait 20 mins again, and still not being served, ended up walking out. Poor and slow customer service. Leaving Vodafone when my contract runs out

Stuff very friendly, polite and helpful. Been there for a repair and they've been all right.
