When I had a sudden issue when the HSBC bank down the road had swallowed my Barclays card I came here and as I was with a tired toddler, a guy came off his break to attend to me upstairs. That's impressive. I have always had a good experience here. It is well organised unlike some other banks in the town centre.

I would have given it 0 stars if I could. I was booked in for an appointment at 10am. I?ve been waiting for over 30 minutes and not been attended to. I keep getting told 2 minutes. Extremely disappointed.

Poor Saturday morning cover - No Cashier service, only machines. The local branches that were recently shut down all provided this service. Parking in central Swindon expensive, now have to travel further for less service.

I went into the Swindon branch of Barclays on Saturday the 8th October 2022 at approx 1.30pm. I sat and waited for 30min then I was seen by a polish lady, I asked her if she could do a bank transfer to my solicitor and she said it would cost me £25 as it had to be paid by chaps and that she couldn't do it anyway, yet it's free to do it through online banking but I'd have to send two separate payments. it's absolutely disgraceful the way this bank doesn't seem to care about it's customers anymore.

I never went through such a situation with Barclays yesterday the lady who was serving upstairs at the branch was so unhelpful with no smile atall. Very disappointed. Some of these staff need to be changed.

I went in today and I have severe anxiety, I was so nervous, immediately the ladies put me at ease took care of me and my issue was sorted within minutes! I couldn?t be more thankful, they really helped me in more than one way today!
