They seem to be trying to trick you into using their expensive ultimate fuels. There are only 2 prices advertised outside and each pump only has 2 nozzles (black and green). There was no obvious signage saying the pumps were ultimate diesel, just a small sticker behind the hose under the nozzle which you don't see until you have already picked it up. None of the usual BP signage or blue nozzles. Nearly all the open pumps were ultimate fuel.

Bought fuel here early one morning. As i drove onto the forecourt i looked at the price. £1.49 per litre for diesel- not too bad in current climate. Bought and paid for £20 worth of diesel and collected my receipt. I didn't check the receipt until later that day. I'd actually bought around 12 liters of diesel at £1.62 per liter not the advertised price.Obviously i wont be going back there again . They are dishonest and not to be trusted.

I have tried calling regards being overcharged for fuel, but no answer and no other way to contact them, I only put £80 in but charged £92 on my card.

Shocking service - pay at pump never works!! And the cost of the fuel is 10p more per litre than other petrol stations. I asked the owner and he said well we are near the motorway!! Avoid

Humungous thank yous to four guys in the BP garage near Lydiard Park this morning who gave me a hand when a warning light showed on my dashboard. Being totally useless and frankly quite a lot helpless I hadn't a clue what to do. You were all so helpful, reassuring and gracious given how simple an issue it turned out to be. There are definitely some angels on earth.

Really dodgy!I fill my van often and they never got normal diesel always high performance diesel!So expensive, they are using the space to filling up the cars to park cars instead! Really needs to change indoor and outside!Next time I will take some pictures!

Bunch of cheats. The expensive ultimate diesel is all that is available as normal diesel always seems out of stock. Plus even when they do have it, the second row of pumps only has the ultimate version. BP don't care as it's a franchise and their diesel gets sold. Avoid.

Advertised diesel at £1.18 per L but got changed 10p more per L because of the bp ultimate i was unaware and just thought it was there standard fuel as half the pumps were closed off and could not see a normal black handled diesel pump and was not Advertised as ultimate only. Spoke to a member of staff inside and he said I should be more vigilant and wouldn't admit he was conning people to only buy the higher priced option by closing off normal diesel apart from 1or 2 pumps!

Staying locally so I phoned to ask the price of petrol per gallon as the M4 service station's are extortionate.A Rude Indian sounding man answered. He kept speaking quietly and pretending not to understand me until I snapped and asked did he not understand English. All of a sudden he spoke much louder and clearer in more of a English accent and answered my question perfectly!
