What was once a good CeX has fallen due to poor management.
The manager requires two forms of ID when trading in due to not believing that the one form of ID that people have is real. They won't accept half of the IDs that they are told to accept on their website and if you dare question her she will just say "It's company policy" with a smile that clearly shows she doesn't care.
Let's hope she leaves or changes her way on identification so that the CeX can claim it's former glory as one of my favorite shops in the area, as I don't want to carry two forms of ID every time I trade or purchase off of them.
I could go on about the piles of games they have on the floor, fake cases and many other minor issues that I would normally brush over, however providing ID to make sure your ID is my biggest problem with the store at the moment.
(Not all the staff here are horrible, if you work there, don't take offence by this, many of you are really cool people!)

Got some great bargains here. And the guy who served us was great CEX give this guy a pat on the back having to patiently look for the ton of games disks we brought. Be much better for your staff if this was all organised better for them. As some customers were grumpy waiting, not us though this guy has the patience of a saint. Oh and I loved your dreds too :)

The second day after a purchase I asked for a refund and they said that I need to wait about 45 minutes because they should check the Magic Mouse because this is the policy :)) them procedure requires my time? Very nice after a 20 minutes queue. When I bought the product they didn’t say nothing just I will have the refund for any reason . Nobody was checked the product to prove is working for what I am paying. Tomorow I will go back to see if they checked because I don’t want to waste my time sitting there to wait some unprofessional guys to do them procedure for a policy wich Is not in my interest and I didn’t know about it . Customer experience very bad ! First experience with cex , never recommend them . Swindon Cex

Awful store, dirty, rude staff. Dreadfully managed. 8 staff in only 3 tills open while the other staff just stared doing nothing. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in any store.

Slow service. Staff don't speak loudly enough or mumble everything they are saying which is difficult to hear over the loud music. Not great customer experience
