“Pro's : Friendly atmosphere An amazing warm welcome Happy lovely staff En suite bathroom Fully furnished bedroom Shared kitchen Your own fridge Television with Sky in the kitchen and lobby Laundry room (you don't need any powder or softener and there's a tumble dryer) Free Wi-Fi Pool table in the lobby Sofas in the kitchen and in the lobby Tables in the kitchen and lobby Free tea and coffee Free food in the kitchen, so you can help yourself You are aloud to take your dog with you in the emergency rooms on the ground floor (But not upstairs) A garden with a smoking area and benches You are aloud visitors There is a shelter for the smokers in the garden There is so much help and support from all staff Gets cleaned on a daily basis, the rooms are so clean. The towels are so fresh, new bedding daily! The rooms and halls smell really fresh and clean The support workers are lovely, they do all they can to help you. Booth House is all locked up and there are buzzers you have to press to enter the building, fobs to enter rooms and cameras everywhere, its so secure. You feel so safe inside. The staff work 24 hours, they do checks of the building making sure no one is doing something they shouldn't. Con's : There aren't many con's apart from there's not enough rooms, you have a curfew when you go out and your not aloud pets upstairs. Other than that its a pretty good place to be when you are feeling very low. All the residents are like a little family and they are so lovely.”

“What a GREAT shop! The ladies working there are FANTASTIC, im constantly buying from there and the prices are BRILLIANT.
