Very bad service, slower than a snail... Was waiting ages (more than half and hour) to get my medicine and nobody was in front of me in the cure as it was no cure.... I was the only person there waiting....

I needed to get something in a hurry in Boots Brunel on New Year's Eve and I didn't know that they were closing earlier at 5.30. As it was still 5.20 I had enough time to look for what I wanted before closing, but it wasn't nice. As soon as I walked in there was a woman stood by the door telling me to hurry up and not saying it nicely. Then every assistant in the shop followed me to tell me to hurry up because they're closing. Then a man was very sarcastic on the tannoy to say they're closing soon, and by the time yet another assistant started following me to tell me they were closing, I'd had enough and didn't bother getting what I needed, as they made me want to scream because they were so annoying.

Boots the Chemist in Swindon is a large Boots store. It is typical of most large Boots stores throughout the United Kingdom. The Swindon store is in the Town Centre and is situated in an undercover part of the town. It is spread over two floors. They sell the usual range of cosmetics and pharmaceutical products that you would expect from any Chemist shop. They also sell gifts and a few toys etc. I think that Boots own brands are good quality and good value for money. I like to buy Boots own brand Number 7 cosmetics. I always find them to be good quality at affordable prices and they often have some good special offers. If you have a Boots card, you can get points too to spend in store.

Boots is a good chemist. It sells a lot of beauty products at good prices. Boots always have good offers on and the boots advantage card is really good. Boots in Swindon town centre also sell kids toys, some electricals and lots more. They sell a lot of make up. The beauty counters are really good where they will give you a free consultation and make over, in attempt to sell some of they're more expensive products. Boots also have a chemist to pick up prescriptions. The store in Swindon town centre is a fairly big boots store, there are smaller ones in other places in Swindon. Over all I would say they're good value for money, and will have what you need.
