The towels are so fresh, new bedding daily! The rooms and halls smell really fresh and clean The support workers are lovely, they do all they can to help you. Booth House is all locked up and there are buzzers you have to press to enter the building, fobs to enter rooms and cameras everywhere, its so secure. You feel so safe inside. The staff work 24 hours, they do checks of the building making sure no one is doing something they shouldn't. Con's : There aren't many con's apart from there's not enough rooms, you have a curfew when you go out and your not aloud pets upstairs. Other than that its a pretty good place to be when you are feeling very low. All the residents are like a little family and they are so lovely.”
