“Acting under the advice of a lady neighbour, I went to the Farmfood shop in Rodbourne. There, I found myself at a disadvantage as I had fogotten a token for a trolley. I was struggling round with my plastic crate, when I asked a young lady for the location of an item. She, bless her, took my list & my crate, filled it with all the items on the list & after I had paid at the till, even took it out to my car for me. She was the elder of the two fair haired assistants working this evening because to my chagrin, I did not take her name. I will point out that I am rather older than her. I'm 84 & she deserves the Customer Service Award for the year! Thankyou young Lady”
