She was able to track down what we were looking for...one on the shelf and two for delivery, resolve the price difference in or favour and was very attentive without being a nusiance. The store itself had some minor issues as it didn't seem to have products logically laid out and some of the signage was hidden, but other than that it was a very pleasant shopping session.”

“There are plenty of sofas to look at and try out. They show different types of the same model, ie, 2 seater manual, 3 seater power assisted in the recliner range. There are fabric swatches by each model to help you decide what colour and type of material you would like. The staff are very helpful and not in your face. There is a £99.00 delivery charge”

Employees personable but came across as knackered. Exit door was jammed partly open. You know what you are getting at Wickes and to this extent, it’s like visiting a much older uncle.”
