The store is run with minimal staff and often won?t do deliveries even if you walk in very early before 10. Often prices shown are not scanning because someone?s forgotten to take down offers. Staff are lovely no issues with that but one till open the Majority of time and priority to Uber over its own deliveries isn?t good on the lookUsed to do a good deal on quavers 2 x 24 packs for £8.50 that changes to 3 x 12 for £8.50 now it?s 2 x 6 bags for £3When you have a child with autism and that?s all he eats it?s a shame a company can?t look after its customers and not its profit line. Asda do 20 bags for £4.50

this morning we were In here shopping when we witnessed a member of staff stopping a repeat shoplifter from stealing 2 bottles of wine, the member of staff had to shout and struggle with this person for quite a while before other members of staff came to her assistance, I feel that the management of Iceland needs to invest in headsets for all members of staff in all stores, luckily the member of staff was unharmed but visibly shaken up and they managed to get the bottles of wine back from this person, I hope someone in management reads this comment

Absolutely appalling service ? ordered my daughters birthday party food for delivery and my order was never delivered(store confirmed) .I Phoned store and the manager but couldn?t be bothered to phone me back to explain why it wasn?t delivered or give an explanation. Not even an apology left me speechless
