    Called for my kitchen to be measured for a quotation, on the day of the call I was called to ask for my address which I gave, this also means they had my number, after waiting half an hour I called the shop for them to tell me the drivers battery had died, and he couldn't find my home, and he was on another call out now.... read full comment
