Great Pharmacy and always use them. Accommodating and understanding.

If I could give minus I would. It's hard to believe this place is a licensed pharmacy, they should have their licence to operate revoked immediately. A corner shop is better stocked with medicine than this place, they have never been able to fully fill a prescription. Do not waste your time trying. I think what is most terrible though is the attitude and lack of respect, if you're in pain and desperately need a consultation and medication, don't be at all surprised when they smile at you and take great delight in advising there is no medicine and they won't help you with a consultation. It is truly disgusting and they are not fit to be working in healthcare.

A big thank you to the lady at Jephson's who helped us source the Covid antiviral medication. She was so helpful and supportive in advising us through the prescription transfer process and when we arrived the meds were ready for us. So grateful, my daughter has been able to celebrate Christmas with her family.

The worst pharmacy I have ever stepped foot in, if I could give a zero rating I would.Queue was longer than the last stage coach out of dodge city and after the mind numbing wait they only had half my prescription. l was told to return the next day , on my return I was given the heart warming news it hadn't came in ,so I trotted off with the prescription to boots where I collect it in 10 minI suggest if you need a prescription head to boots.

Have to queue for ages and have to wait up to at least 2 weeks for a perscription!!!! I can cope with that but I am so upset/frustrated that certain medication that has been prescribed for many years (which helps with a life threatening illness) cannot be issued!!!! Apparently not available in any medical supplier's! How is this then prescribed to a patient by a doctor?!!!Told to go back to your doctor for alternative

Use to be very good .. now I absolutely HATE having to use it..they never check dates before handing things to patients or god forbid actually check with the patient "is this your order from 3 months ago or have you ordered something recently" .. meaning on many occasions I've had to go back on multiple occasions!!!NEVER herd an apology uttered from anyone about the wait and there is always a massive queue and always take minimum of 20 mins .. staff I have encountered have been very rude! Will definitely be looking for another pharmacy.. sad, as it is no longer fit for purpose or whoever the management are needs sacking!

I have a weekly prescription, it?s never ready when I go at the same time and day every week. Iv tried later Iv even skipped a days meds and gone the next day, still not ready. Half of the staff couldn?t care less the decent staff are being ran out of the door. It?s dirty poorly stocked and poorly run.

Absolutely awful. So slow, staff are incompetent and so rude.

The queuing of 20 people is common, taking 45 minutes. The place does not seem to be managed, packets of medicine stored higgledy pigledy rather than alphabetically. This pharmacy needs gripping and staff organised. The building is dirty with dusty shelves, apparently understaffed.

What has happened to our lovely pharmacy?! For years i?ve bragged to people how lucky I was to have such a wonderful pharmacy (and doctors- which has also gone downhill).I believe the little family run pharmacy has now been taken over by some sort of chain. The difference is night and day- appalling queues makes every patient/customer impatient and snappy by the time they?re being served. The larger girl (I?m so sorry I genuinely don?t know her name) couldn?t care less and has a terrible attitude. The girl with dark hair and glasses is wonderful though.

This please is not fit for purpose .always a long queue . Even if you just want to buy something . Never been a fan since they stopped me using Chiseldon pharmacy when I visited the dr there so they could grab more work . Well they have it now and can?t cope . I have moved on

One of the worst pharmacies I've ever used. Seems disorganised and chaotic for prescriptions, have had to queue for 45 minutes just to collect a repeat.Long queues every time. Some staff are lovely and helpful though clearly working hard in difficult circumstances, but there are a couple who much less so.Honestly wish it wasn't my local pharmacy and am now looking at alternatives like online because I dread having to go there.

In the past 12 months, I've had to revisit Jepson Pharmacy multiple times to collect my medication as it wasn't ready or they simply couldn't find it, the last two months I had to visit 3 times before successfully collecting, resulting in almost 2 weeks from the date of prescription request to the collection date. Wait time to be served, regardless of the time of day, seems to be a minimum of 20 minutes, resulting in at least an hour wasted each month (when you factor in the multiple wasted trips to collect).I have, on several occasions witnessed staff chatting to people in the shop whilst there is a queue of people waiting to be served. I don't necessarily blame the staff though, as there appears to be little leadership or examples being set. There is a definite habit of telling customers to come back in a few days whenever there's a problem. Both my partner and I have long-term heart conditions that require regular medication so we need a service that can be relied upon, as I'm sure most regular pharmacy users also need. This pharmacy used to be run very well, with the odd delay or issue, but these were always the exception, not the norm, it has totally flipped now and it's a rare exception that a transaction in there goes smoothly. We have given Jepsons a lot more chances than they deserve as we really wanted to support our local pharmacy, but they have made this impossible now, they are simply not fit for purpose any more, which is a great shame.I sincerely hope they get these issues sorted, but sadly I can't see us using them in the instances where we have a choice.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. It?s chaotic and messy. The queues are unbearable. The staff are rude, ignorant and unprofessional. I asked the pharmacist for advice on cream for eczema, and he said he doesn?t know. What pharmacist wouldn?t know cream for eczema? When I got my prescription I waited an hour only to be told that they don?t have it in stock, while a snarky lady from behind the counter muttered that it won?t be in stock in any other pharmacy either, but wouldn?t say it to me personally.
