There are now two Joules stores in the outlet, not really sure what the difference is but think this is classed as a Joules pop-up so could just be temporary? I wouldn't have noticed much difference to the usual shop.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The shop and changing room is impeccably clean and well maintained, and the displays change frequently so there is something different almost every time I visit
