Went through the drive-through last night, asked for a Regular Popcorn Chicken Meal, when I was asked what drink I would like, I asked to change the drink to a cappuccino, which they accepted. When I got to the window I was then told that the coffee machine isn't working. Then when I was given the food, I asked the same man when the coffee machine will be fixed at that point he said that the coffee machine is being cleaned, so he was blatantly lying to begin with. I highlighted that he initially said the machine was broken. My first issue is the lie but my second issue is the fact that the machine was being cleaned at 22:15 when they weren't due to close until 00:00. I could understand cleaning the machine at 23:00 but definitely not 22:15. My third issue is that that food wasn't as warm as it should be.

Fillet Burger was slapped together worse than what a scaffolder could do after a trip to the pub on a Friday, the chips were cold, sweetcorn was wet. Others I was with suffered the safe sultry fate. Staff were nice

Probably the most disgusting meal we have ever had from KFC, and we went in a purchased it over the counter. Swimming in a very smelly grease making everything inedible. We bought a 10 piece bargain bucket and asked for thighs, but out of spite they put in 8 drumsticks (also inedible). The only thing we could eat was SOME of the the chips but again there was a disgusting smell of them so most of them went in the bin. They clearly do not clean their equipment or change the oil - whatsoever. We spent £27 and feel completely ripped off. We will never go there again and will be telling absolutely everyone we know to do likewise.

My friends and I visited this establishment in the hopes of saving a buck from the wallet, minimising the damage if you will.Upon entering we were greeted with a frankly unhygienic scene with unclean tables and greasy self checkouts.Upon ordering our food it was up to standard with the price, adequate flavour, tender texture and crunchy batter. As expected from a chicken restaurant. However... GREASE, grease everywhere as I struggled to swallow the last mouthfuls of my seemingly small meal.Overall, sufficient experience and may dabble with dining here again. Thank you KFC staff for providing me with this experience.

This restaurant is absolutely filthy dirty, the ladies/disabled toilet is disgusting not been cleaned in months if not at all this year!! Place should be shut down it is a health hazard!! We reported to the staff and their answer was they never go in the toilets so wouldn?t know what they are like.

This kfc and uber eats is bad. I ordered my meal through the app. A order arrived that was not mine. The driver returned 2 minutes later demanding the meal back. Now I'm left without and both companies blame each other. They said glitch where mine and someone else's order was same order number.Simple system... double check. Kfc I am disappointed in the food you have been serving. The gravey has been like water everytime we seem to order from you . The food turns up freezing cold I can't eat the chips and the chicken is cooked to a crisp that your teeth hurt .... it was disgusting.... then I take a bite of the corn of the cob and its like slush freezing cold again disgusting... we are a family of 6 and it's not cheap to order out to be disappointed. Me and my dad went to this KFC and the young man that served us was to busy talking about his personal life with he's colleagues than to serve a paying customer I believe his name was atshay but I only had a glimpse of his name tag and my dad and I went to collect our drinks and he was too busy looking at his phone than to serve us it was ridiculous and I ordered the new teriyaki burger and they wasn't very generous with the sauce it was very dry and to be honest I was quite looking forward to trying something new but this experience wasCompletely horrible would not recommend to anyone completely unprofessional
