I arrived 7 minutes late for my MOT appointment. I tried to phone ahead to say there had been an accident on my route there. I arrived and was refused saying the cut off is five minutes and they could reschedule in a month's time. I was told I couldn't get a refund as the manager wasn't in. I then phoned the next day to confirm my refund and was told the manager had popped out and would be back in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later they don't answer the phone despite 10+ attempts. Tried head office and they don't answer either. Terrible customer service - I took it elsewhere and received excellent customer service from Technoquip in Swindon.

I booked and pay for a MOT online on the 25 September 2023 at Swindon- County Road for the 30 October 2023 at 12.00pm. I received a telephone call at 09.17 on the 30 October 2023 to say they had to cancel the appointment.I had to visit your branch at Swindon-Great Western Way on the 30 October to re-book an appointment for a MOT, this was for 6 November 2023 at 14.30. I had collected the car at 15.30. They had informed me that the car had failed on both headlamp lens and the offside coil spring was broken. So I had agreed a cost of £249.95p for this work. I had arranged to take the car back on the 8 November 2023. They called me at 11.30 on the same day to say that the shock mount needs to be replaced and quoted me a further £100.00. I collected the car at 14.45.The first appointment was cancelled at short notice and as to the second appointment, you the company should have spotted that the shock top mount needed to be replaced on the MOT.

Went in today as my exhausted rubber had split, Darren had a spare one in his draw so didn't charge me, very greatful. Darren was also great in reception keeping all customers informed regarding their vehicles

Definitely not "Kwik" fit.Yesterday booked an exhaust inspection for 14:30. Waited till just before 15:00 for my car to be put on the ramps. No communication there would be a delay (first time being here so will give them the benefit of the doubt). A member of staff approached me and asked where the problem was on the exhaust, I said I don't know that's why I've bought it for an inspection...He looks at me blankly like I'm talking a foreign language. Funnily enough i don't have ramps at home and I'm not a mechanic?. Anyway, they do the inspection find the fault and get me booked in for 14:00 the next day to fit the part which was great.I arrive at 13:55 the next day, hand over my keys. I stay on site thinking this will only take an hour or so. 15:00 comes and no one has communicated anything to me, I notice a part looking suspiciously like an exhaust part arriving by delivery by euro car parts. 5 minutes later I ask the receptionist when my car will be ready and he says they've got the wrong part and will need to get a replacement. Why is my appointment 14:00 if the part wasn't arriving until 15:00? Absolute waste of time. I ask when it'll be and he cant give me a time. Its now 16:00... and finally the correct part arrives. I watched as a technician mucked around picking up his mates and staring blankly into space instead of getting on with the ONE exhaust part that needed fitting to my car, now two hours into an appointment.Finally at 16:45 I'm summoned to pay by the empathy lacking and robotic receptionist who murmured "sorry about the wait" under his breath.Won't be returning. Zero communication and transparency, poor customer service.

Car failed MOT, was told it would be repaired in the afternoon and then retested at the end of the day, therefore I arranged for my husband to come and collect it first thing the next day. When he arrived he was told that it had not yet been retested. I had not had a phone call to say this and the guys didn?t care that my husband had arranged to come out of work to do this. I missed a phone call at 5:15 that day as I was at work. I tried calling back at 5:30 to find out what was going on and no one answered, I tried multiple times between then and when the shop shut at 6 and no answer!He then had to just risk coming back again the next day to collect it, luckily it was ready but there was no apology at all for the lack of communication, and the guy was not at all bothered!

I was given an appointment on the day I turned up, and this was brought forward when they were having a lul. The guy at reception was nice, polite and professional. He explained the options, not just price but the differences between brands and never once pressurised any sales.

The van was booked in at 10:30 am. I was there 10:20 and the van didn't go in until 11:45. I needed to rush off which is why I booked the earliest slot not the 12 slot. Noone addressed me until I asked what was happening.

Your tyre-fitter damaged the wheel on my car.I arrived early for my 11:00 appointment to have one tyre fitted, but still waited over 2 hours for the work to be done.When I finally arrived home I checked the car?s tyre pressures and was surprised to find that the new tyre had been over-inflated by >5 psi.Whilst checking the tyre pressure I noticed several black, greasy smears on the wheel. (The wheel was clean when I arrived at your branch as I had hand-washed the car on Saturday.) When I wiped the grease away I could see that the alloy wheel has been scratched in several places. I have sent a separate email to "customer services" attaching pictures of the damage. The wheel was unmarked before I visited your workshop. I would like compensation for the damage done.

I asked if they can fit me in for puncture repair after the MOT to what they said yes. When I got back they said all tyres are fine and I'm probably losing pressure because I need new tyres (they are 3 months old). Having believed them now on Tue I ended up with a completely flat tyre in the morning and can't get to work. I won't be using your services again!

Service is disappointed me. No help from kwikfit employees. No response. Taking long time than expected. More money charging. Totally frustrated. It was not before I felt. Last several years I come to the same store. This time is worst experience ever. Sorry to say.

Not enough tyres in stock in my size! You weren't able to track my front wheels, because of a catastrophic equipment failure! The repair of your ramp should have been a priority! Not only to allow my tyres to wear evenly and correctly, but, also as a vital additional revenue stream for your company! Your stock levels should never be allowed to be any lower than having a pair of ALL SIZES AND BRANDS IN STOCK!!!

HiI have given my car for service in last month and I wasn't happy during the time.Kwik fit reassesses my vehicle and did the small modifications for a comfortable drive. Looks good now. My concerns were resolved in a good and professional way.Happy as how they resolved my concerns

Had a concerning noise coming from my brakes, Went to a garage and was told everything sounded fine. Decided to get a second opinion so popped into Kwik Fit and without a doubt I was helped immediately! A massive shout out to Dan Basset for helping a damsel in distress and someone who doesn't have a clue about cars. No question that the experience today made my week. Would 100% recommend!!

the dude who dealt with me was super friendly and professional. When explaining the workthat needs to be done he ,gave me advice on how to save some cash ie do this together since its in the same area, and buy a full new part to save on labour costs. what's not to like about that
