Very efficient - just a few hours after requesting a repeat prescription from my GP surgery I received text from Lloyds informing me it was ready to collect.

The service from this pharmacy is terrible and borderline putting patients at risk.Zero customer service and care.Staff clearly need retraining. Would highly recommend avoiding this place.

Shockingly badTook me to going to a different pharmacy to realise just how awful it is hereThere's always some form of complication whenever I go here whether it's rude staff getting angry at us for stupid reasons, computers not working, various other things not working or they haven't got the medication we needIf you're able to go to a different pharmacy it'll be worth it

These guys always willing to go extra Mile pharmacist amazing even when have stupid accidents? but also puts fears at rest when taking multiple medications? the girls Chelsea and crew will get to know all your names you make my day when coming in. I know shelves are empty but not these guys faults is about the people ??

I've never had a pleasant experience with this pharmacy, always a problem and the staff are useless. Had to wait 4 days for my prescription after being told it would be ready to pick up the same day. AVOID!

One rude young girl ruins a whole team, what a shame as the rest of the staff were great but it came to a stage where I was dreading going in there. I?m a pensioner but will be getting a bus to another pharmacy now.

Very pleasantly surprised by the service at this pharmacy. The girl who works there told me that my prescription was sent to a pharmacy in Chippenham but she managed to get it sent back. The prescribed medicine was not available but she tried everything she could to find it by calling other pharmacies in the area. She gave me advice on how to get the present changed, so that I can get the medication I need. I?m very grateful for all her help!

Everytime I went to this pharmacy it was empty. No customers at all. Even though the staff saw me, seemed to refuse to acknowledge the fact that I was actually there.It didn't bothered me much,up to a week ago when I had my son's prescription sent here( as I thought they're not busy and might get it earlier?!). For a week his prescription was with this pharmacy, and everyday they said they are ordering it and is not coming. I gave the rude young lady my phone number and she said she'll call me. She did indeed, but I couldn't pick up the phone and she left a voice message where she told me that is not in stock.The next day I went to check if the order came in and the lady on the till went to ask her(the rude one). She was talking with her,explaining( out loud,like I wasn't even there hearing the whole conversation) how she called me and I didn't pick up and that is a manufacturer issue and I have to call the surgery to change for a substitute for this medicine.I asked for my prescription and left,and guess what! Two pharmacies,TWO,managed to get it by 5pm the same day I went there.Apart from the fact they are rude, unorganised, and never busy so that can't even be an excuse.. in week my son's virus could've gone worse,but luckily he got a bit better without the medicine.Not a manufacturer issue for Aciclovir syrup for sure,more like a Lloyds staff lying and not caring much.I'm so disappointed,if it was for me I probably wouldn't be that mad,but for a 1 year old with a pretty bad medical record with herpes simplex to wait a week for a bloody antiviral..you got to ve kidding me.. highlight NOT RECOMMENDING!!
