Went in to cash in a cheque for the first time today and a member of staff who I wish I caught the name of assisted me greatly on what to do from start to finish, even had a little laugh. Super friendly and professional.

This bank is an absolute joke. Each person in the bank I have spoken tells me different from using the phone banking to in branch! Causing unnecessary stress upset and delays to what seems to be a simple closure of an Executors Account!!! But every time I have spoken to them they tell me different to another staff member! My mental health because if the loss if my mother and this banks incompetent has exhausted me!! NO STARS LLOYDS YOU ARE HORRIS

Horrible customer service I tried 3 times getting a new account set up but they said no because of the address saying that it didn't exist so I went to jobcentre to see my work couch to get a letter and do the address too and I had to do this twice i also brought my bills in too one said it was okay and I didn't need the second piece of paper and the other said that I need the second piece of paper that was with it the staff workers there called Rekha Madhani,Zico fernandes aren't friendly I felt like I was not welcomed.
