Love the location and staff in this shop, always chatty and have a great selection. I usually pop in on sundays when I've worked and missed the larger supermarkets.

I do find the customer service here not that good, I went in today to post some parcels and the lady who served me was not that happy no please or thank you when I asked about if they still took batteries in she said theres a bin near the door , however the bin was hidden from view, no smile on her face as though she could not be bothered to serve, quit abrut as well. Pity really as we no longer have a post office at asda you think they want the custom.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. Definitely has a local shop feel. The post office is very rarely open however so if you need that, it may be better to go elsewhere.

I haven't long lived in the West Swindon area. My first encounter was with pauline who was welcoming and cracked a joke about the store becoming my favourite shop ever, and it has since reached up these expectations.There is good customer service and it is well organised. I feel part of the communite now having settled in and nicknamed two staff Becky and Pauline as double trouble so soon.The mood is always very uplifting and I met Helan for the first time today, she was very helpful assisting me resulting in a free shopping experience with many thanks to Nicolas fantastically fast packing skills.

I have to say that this little shop is really nice to go into its clean and stocks a wide variety of products it also offers a post office which is great. The staff are friendly and willing to help, Paul and Val both fantastic cashiers really friendly and willing to help and go that extra mile which is rare to find in a convenience store would definitely say that it is a beneficial place to Toothill as an area.
