Very friendly staff lad in front of counter but asked woman behind counter if they could process a mail redirection form and she just said no, no apology or smile. Although closing time is advertised as 5:30 he had to make an excuse that the counter closed at 5 and the post had already been collected that day - I explained it was not that easy for me to 'pop back in' the following day to no avail. I don't suppose he will be working there that much longer if the management has that attitude.

Horrible customer service experience, they are always with bad mood and trying to speed you up.Printer service very poor with the picture always bad and not aligned.Most of the times they have two employees but only use one.Go to the post office on WH Smith, much better and there are automated machines.

poor post office, two people at the counter, only myself to serve (empty!!), one counter closed, other counter that was open told me i had to use the self service as couldnt be served there (what?? you are there to serve!!), what a joke!! talk about lazy, probably couldnt be bothered to do any work, only reason its not a 1 star review is the fact that the same woman whos counter was open came and assisted me at the self serve as i had never used it before (she could have just served me at the counter, would have been a bit faster), looks like both post office's in town centre are now pointless (had to file an official complaint with the commercial road one), thank god i get on with the staff in old town, will only ship there from now on as at least they know what they are doing

Unhelpful staffs on the counter who definitely need to be replaced . Diabolical customer service!

Called in this Post office to get some forms and other things from the counter and I found myself behind a long queue of people who were queuing for the self service machines.There was only 1 member of staff present although under pressure was still very helpful.It looks like they have taken away all the counter staff which, given the numbers of people who still require them seems madness, perhaps they want to force everybody to use self service.I think I will use the Post office in Commercial road instead or even the one in Old Town.

Absolute sham of a place. Seven service counters at post office only two staff working. Mid day and the queue is massive. Waited over 30 minutes to be served. Then was served by a very curt cashier. ( expect she was overwhelmed with all that is expected of her!)when i left the queue was even bigger.Given this post office is located in a WH smiths in the middle of the town centre i would have expected a better service. Very poor show.

My 19 yr daughter wanted to post a parcel today at the Swindon WHSmith town centre 24/08/20 and wasn?t sure how to do it but she said the lady and gentleman that helped her (staff) were really nice. I would like to thank these two member of staff as you really made her feel at ease she suffers with social anxiety and was a bit worried she said she wishes she got their names now. But thanks you.

They merged the self service queue with the regular queue. I frequently find myself stuck behind a long queue of customers who are queuing for counter service while the machines sit empty.They seem to have taken away all the counter staff which, given the numbers of people who require them seems madness. I can only imagine they want to force them to use self service. I think it's more likely they'll use Commercial Rd P.O. instead.Also, WHY do they close the post boxes and ask you to hand post to mail staff. Then there are no staff to give the mail to. If you want people to use self service they need to be able to post it. Incredibly frustrating. At times I've waited about 10 minutes to find someone to give the mail to. I've got a great idea to solve this problem easily though- a secure box with an opening just the right size for customers to leave items of mail they've just stamped. They could call it a postbox!With these moves it's almost as if they've asked themselves "What can we do to make it slower and less user-friendly?"

Every timer I use this office something more than a basic service is Muck upPassport,traceable letters.this time traceable letter to Madeira £6:10 did not even leave the building this after 17 days no one to talk to ever answers the phone left many messages but you guest it not one returned call. and why do you think people are moving away from the service ! Old manager who have not caught up with modern ways. Close this branch
