Myself and my partner stayed on new yrs eve 2023. Room was lovely and warm . Receptionist was brilliant she booked us a table at Brewster fayre there and then . We had breakfast there as well. Plenty to choice from worth the money.

A good Premier Inn with very friendly staff and comfortable beds. The fans in the room were a bonus on one of the hottest days of the year. Ample free parking. The Kembrey Inn next door did excellent food.

The receptionist on checking was excellent, welcoming, friendly and efficient. The Hotel was clean and well presented as was the room. We took the option of early check in, nothing was too much trouble for the lady on reception. All members of the staff that we met were very friendly and the Hotel had a good atmosphere, even the lady cleaning the rooms next day had a smile on her face. I think that makes a great deal of difference to the overall stay.

Perfect stop over location. Very clean and comfy. Fans in the room were welcomed. Breakfast was great.

Staying at the Premier Inn for work and I must say the service is amazing. I was just served breakfast by Nancy who shared a beautiful smile and amazing customer service.

Budget hotel near industrial estate.Rooms and bathroom needs modernisation Uncomfortably hot in room in August overnight no air conditioning and only inefficient electric fan.

Not a good Premier Inn experience. Stuffy, airless unventilated rooms. Duvet and pillows had seen better days! WiFi was beyond terrible. Speed test revealed 0.87mpbs download and 0.07mbps upload. Takes you back to the speeds of the 1990's! Apparently it is a known problem... come on Premier Inn it's 2023 you need to sort your WiFi out!! Overall not worth the premium price that Premier Inn now charge!

So I had this opportunity to visit yet another Premier Inn hotel, this time Premier Inn-Swindom central , which I assumed, would supersede my expectation as usual, however, forget super..., it couldn't even meet the standard level of Hospitality Permit me to elaborate, whilst I was waiting at their restaurant to place my orderserved, A lady ( attire had a darker shade) , who seemed to be the Manager, was kind enough to take my order, but the others, lacked courtesy, coordination, and communication skills. It was like witnessing a circus ?; I also feel they lacked emotional intelligence, the tenacity and hence need more training on their customer experience. A very crimgy experience indeed.

Fairly well appointed hotel. Served it's purpose as a business stop over just fine. Main issue is the extremely creaky stairs and flooring and the less than soundproof rooms. Could comfortably hear goings on in other rooms when walking the corridors.Receptionist was extremely helpful on check in and when resolving an issue around pre booked breakfast. Benefits from having brewers fair across the road for a great value morning eat. Vending machine in reception is welcome albeit expensive. 2.30 for a bottle of water really does take the mick.Will choose this hotel again however as all in all better than similar price point locations in the town.

Restless night with an uncomfortable bed that was too hard and a hot muggy room. There was no ventilation and the window only opened a tiny crack. We where provided a small freestanding fan. Which didn?t really help.

Premier Inn is consistent and reliable I just wish the food at Brewers Fayre was too! bad fish and chip for evening meal (which is usually a simple sure thing) and half of my breakfast was inedible obviously kept in a warmer for way too long, which I'd understand at the end of service but not at 7am! Not Good.

Quite a few things my room was clearly a multi person room and as I booked this and arrived shortly after I?m sure the room must of already been made up , it had a double bed and a single one yet only 2 hand towels and one bath towel clearly not enough large towels to bathe adequately. The receptionist on arrival was not particularly friendly and not very chatty, I booked a meal deal as well and can say I was horrified with the level of service and as the receptionist said on my way back in the restaurant is nothing to do with us yet you sell the deal this does not make sense you don?t want your guests to be happy as I am concerned I bought my meal with premier inn not another company. The restaurant was so understaffed there was one lady covering a bar and also covering food orders she had between 6/8 people queuing for food and about 5/6 people in the bar no one knew who was next, this lady remained cool and her service was exemplary I am sure had it been most other people they would of just walked out you expected far too much out of her doing 2 people?s job. Only 2 other staff members visible there was 2 ladies taking food to the tables. Also my food was not cooked as requested I asked for well done on my steak that came with my mixed grill this had blood running out of it so either the chefs were too busy and did it as they did or ignored the customer preference of cooking. The queues were just getting bigger as more people came for dinner. I would have stopped for a couple of more drinks but I did not want to put the staff under any more pressure it did not feel welcoming to me. On returning to the hotel I visited your vending machine there were a few items out of stock mostly diet drinks by the look of it , when I selected a couple of items these were quite over priced eg £1 for a can of drink I entered the number and the actual cost was £1.70 this is false advertising not having the correct price displayed so again I would not pay the excess so left without buying again. I believe the bottles were displayed £2 but £2.30 when selecting the number. The bed was quite creaky and not that comfortable either. All in all should I be visiting your area again I think I would look at another hotel chain I did not feel that comfortable or welcome to be fair
