Our car broke down and we were forced to get a room here in the early hours of the morning. We had our three year old daughter with us. I walked in and booked a room the receptionist was kind albeit unbelievably slow. We had specifically asked for a room with two beds, one for our daughter to sleep in. We finally made it up to our room only to find just a double bed. I went back down to ask for a new room but was then told the only other rooms they had were single beds. We then asked instead for a travel cot, the travel cot was broken and would not stay up. Without wanting to inconvenience ourselves any further we simply took the mattress from the travel cot, placed it into the corner and tried to make it more comfortable for her. Thinking this nightmare was over, we jumped into the double bed only to find a wet patch on my hand and upon further inspection was undeniably urine. As you can imagine, this was the final straw, we walked back down to the kind but albeit unbelievably slow receptionist and now awaiting a rescue vehicle at 1.17am. Would not recommend.

This is a pretty standard Premier inn on a small industrial estate. There is a conscience store, Costa and Beefeater. The room was fine. The check in was smooth and friendly.I'm not sure why Premier inn charges for premium WiFi it's 2024!There aren't razor points in the rooms. The lift wasn't working.

Great Hotel just off Junction 16 of the M4. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable with an amazing shower and hairdryer/mirror combo. Breakfast in the next door Beefeater was delicious and plenty of it. Would definitely recommend.

Awful night sleep here. Beds are old and uncomfortable. So dated in the rooms, bathroom is like a homeless shelter one. Possibly the worst premier inn I have ever stayed in. Food in the beefeater is terrible and

Myself + my partner stayed here after visiting friends for my birthday. We'd booked a disabled room as my partner has health issues. The shower had very intermittent water pressure so made it difficult to have a decent shower. The drain was filthy + the disabled seat pad had mould on it.The window frames also had mould + paint coming off the window ledge.I was really disappointed as we've stayed at Premier Inn's before + have loved it.Breakfast at Beefeater was ok although we had to wait half an hour for our food after we'd ordered.I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Easy access from M4 motorway. Rooms need a little refurbishment, but ok. Food, including breakfast is a Beefeater next door.

Didn?t stay but staff were absolutely fantastic a few weeks ago when I had to pull off the motorway due to my poorly vomiting toddler in the back of the car. The lady on the front desk opened up a room for us so we could use a bathroom to clean up, I could not be more grateful. Room and bathroom were immaculately clean, service obviously fantastic.

Excellent stop over with helpful staff and good rooms inc a good sized bath. Good rates for food from the Beefeater right next door which is very handy. Has parking too. Very easy to get to as just off the M4.

The floor was rotten underneath the bathroom, making a noticable divot. Then the chair in the room nearly fell apart (the front two legs almost came of) when sat on. It was apparent that it had been glued back together before. The air conditioning barely worked, only coming on when it felt like it.But the Premier Inn staff were incredibly enthusiastic, save for some boredom on the night shift. This is less than can be said about the Beefeater's. The staff there were disinterested, waiting 5 minutes before seating people in a half full restaurant. Turning people away, they didn't apologise but instead tutted and looked disappointed with the customer.

The aircon was very noisy. My room was cold when I arrived, around 17 degrees. Set the thermostat to 21, but whenever it turned on it would wake me

Most depressing hotel I?ve stayed at. The rooms are cold as ice - no central heating here. Only way to warm is the old air conditioner, which doesn?t always work (have to ask reception to turn it on). Everything is old, carpets are dirty.Restaurant (Beefeater) not even working (gas leak, apparently). Only other option is subway.

I had a comfortable week stay in the premier inn while on a business trip. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly, the comfortable bed made it so I was able to get a needed good night rest every

Came in and the room smelled of mould quite badly... Had to argue quite a bit to get something done about it. To be fair to customer service on site, I got another room in the end.The restaurant is closed for the whole week even though booking is breakfast included therefore it's a massive inconvenience and no alternative offered. All in all a very disappointing stay.
