So you miss a delivery because you are out / at work. They don't try a neighbour, they don't leave it in the designated safe place, then you check the Service Point opening hours and they coincide when most people are at / commuting to work. No wonder Amazon is so successful.

A company this size can?t even update their opening hours to reflect strike action. They get paid what they deserve.

Brought an item online, paid extra to have it delivered today. I get a message from royalmail saying. "We've received a request not to deliver mail to the property your item is addressed to today. We'll attempt delivery as per the instructions we've received, which is usually on the next working day." I never gave this request. I'm at the address until 5pm and paid for it to be delivered before 4pm. What a joke.

would have been useful if they put the actual centers' opening time on the card (or the website) - 6am, 8am, 10am?

Absolutely unhelpful stuff.I ordered something, the delivery driver did not use my doorbell, just threw a "something for you" card in my mailbox. Next day I went to collect, but apparently only essential workers can pick up stuff. That is understandable, but would it be hard to let me know this? A sticker in the red card for example. There goes my extra money for faster delivery! Bunch of idi0ts.

I went there several times last week for unsuccessful parcel collection as a result of working hours been not updated on the website and on doors as well, just the board sign with marker pen "closed , hours 7-11", no weekdays though. It was Saturday and they suppose to close down at 14.00(info on google on that day) , but found the same sign at the doors with no further explanation. I went today 3rd time in a row and got the same result. Very poor service during these circumstances, then other delivery companies expand their hours and work day and night to provide the best result to customers Royal mail just cut theirs!! No wonder why deliveries take ages . They lost their respect from many I suppose. Will avoid in the future due to poor communication and waste of time and not going for collection anymore will order redelivery and will waist there time!
