Having used the store for well over a decade now and spending hundreds of pounds each month, disgusted how my wife was treated today, she wouldn?t report it but I will.

The new arrangements for click and collect at Sainsburys Bridgemead are just plain daft. Previously up to six cars could be loading at a time, the new "drive through" system often means it is just one. And the staff have to walk miles to bring out the orders rather than just picking them off a van standing by the c&c bays. Suggest the old system is re-instated pdq.

very poor that the queue for Argos click and collect is the same queue for the shoppers. I had 97 people in front of me. Wouldn't have minded but once inside the queue for Argos was then approximately 1 foot away from the side of the end till, putting shoppers and Sainsbury's staff at risk. no organisation. If anyone needs to get anything from Argos I would suggest wearing a mask and visor.

Getting so fed up with the alarm going off when I leave the shop, apparently due to me having â??too many bank cards in my walletâ?. As a customer who has spent about £100,000 over the years at Sainsburyâ??s, I should be greeted by a red carpet and trumpets, not stopped by some half-witted security guard on the way out and publicly humiliated as though I had nicked something. Thankfully, knowing that the security guards have no more power to stop and search me as anyone else, Iâ??ve simply been telling them to sod off. Shouldnâ??t have to do it, though. Any thoughts, Sainsburyâ??s?
