Have many products here but you do need a trade card for some.

I have shopped here for years un fortunately you are not able to browse in this shop and you are rushed through your purchasers by overbearing on the hoof staff who want to get back to the till to take the money or stock the shelves.yes they are helpful in a way but often try to sell me the products that they need to sell quickly rather than the ones that you would want. i can see the products that I want but tgey are offering me the ones I dont and not leaving ne to browse. So why stock products like that?I have spent a lot of money in here over the years the staff change to often and do not recognise me as a long term customer and follow me around like security.

All the ladies at this branch are friendly and helpful especially maureen. She always goes out of her way to help me out with anything I need. Sally is very good at advising you on what products to use.Many thanks ladies!!

Thanks to the young lady with curly hair (sorry I didn't get your name) who helped me with hair extensions today, she picked the correct colour for my hair and made the perfect choice!! Thanks hun. Will definitely be going back there

Customer service from the old lady that works there was disgusting. She was so patronising and shouted at me when I only asked how much something was, it has put me off shopping there when I was willing to spend money in their shop.
