Staff came to help on their own and brought out all the shoes from the back! Of course, they tried to sell u to buy more all the time but weren't forceful with it. I bought 1, mum bought 2, and our friends bought 5 and 7 pairs each. Good discounts and comfortable. Nice service from all staff.

The shoes they had in stock in store were for baby feet. Had to go online to buy my mother shoes, all the sizes were around 6 and under. Staff were helpful but a little too invasive. I get you're checking for shoplifters and not just trying to make small talk with me for the sake of it. Not the store clerks problem, usually management.

Brilliant service from a really helpful team but especially Jordan. I returned a pair of shoes that had started to come apart on one of the seams. The shoes were 11 months old. I showed my credit card statement and had a new pair in minutes. Really impressed with the first class service. Thanks guys.

My daughter loves these shoes! I went in to find School boots, a lovely young lady helped me with the sizing and protection to make them waterproof. She was lovely so thank you ? my daughter loves them and so does her friends. We will be back as she loves the light up trainers. 5* customer service
