Visited to get rainwater pipe clips, only ones who stock OSMA. Friendly person at the counter, they had only 2 clips but checked which over TP stores had them and gave names of other potential stockists. Thank you for your help

I have only been here once but the service was friendly and helpful. Not the biggest of stores but you can order online too. Good alternative to the other building merchants.
