If I could rate 0 stars I would, I was riding my bike past after purchasing a drink at the store and my chain snapped and I fell of my bike and slice my hand and my knees open and rolled my Acle I walked into the store and asked if she had an emergency first aid kit and this old lady with grey hair that works thier looked me up and down and gave me a dirty look and said 'No' Despite every public store should have a first aid kit around back. So I had to go all the way to the leisure centre limping with a broken bike just to get a badge and my cuts cleaned with an antiseptic wipe..Problems with this store are not on this account eventide I go on the old women with grey hair is always moody 'af' and doesn't have good customer service.

Parcel machine has been broken for so long if can't offer this service why is it still showing you can to print. One particular lady who works there is always miserable don't work in a front house position if you haven't got basic customer service skills.
