Really pleased with the help and advice on purchasing a mattress today. Member of staff Meg, couldn't have been more helpful and didn't push the sales pitch. Instead explained all the options and we came away very satisfied customers. Meg is a great asset to the company.

Absolutely fantastic knowledge and customer service from Charles. We had absolutely no idea what mattress we were suited to and Charles spent well over an hour going through the different types as well as what pillows are best for our sleeping positions. We genuinely felt that we were really looked after, not pressured in the slightest and given so much useful information to take away!Thank you Charles!

Just bought a mattress with the help of Meg who was fantastic; She is a credit to Dreams. She connected with us instantly, understood what we were looking for and our price bracket. Couldn't have asked for any better service staff very good and nice cup of coffee made for me, the mattress I had bought was to firm for me and gave me a bad back, I returned to store and a very nice man didn't get he's name, it was a Saturday morning, anyway he was very good and recommended other mattresses to try out. They exchanged with nohassle and deliveraey was excellent.

I?ve been looking for a new mattress for a while now and decided to go into Dreams just before closing and the customer service I had from Meg was outstanding, she was great fun but very professional. After a quick chat, Meg decided it was best to check what sort of mattress I needed on the bed that tells you what kind of mattress was suitable. After that I quickly found a Mattress that I liked although I tried quite a few. Meg couldn?t have been more helpful with everything. Even though I kept Meg past closing, she was still more than happy that she could help me today. Can?t wait for my new mattress to be delivered.All in all a fantastic experience.

We can't thank Charlotte enough in helping us decide on the best mattress that would suit us both and the type of bed. She was extremely helpful, we didn't feel pressured, she offered loads of advice and let us take our time.
