“My IPhone 12 mini appeared to have a dead battery. The gentleman asked some questions and then performed a reset. This fixed the issue! I was really impressed with his service and transparency. He could have ‘pretended’ to fix or fit a new battery and I wouldn’t have known.mobile booth Trowbridge is now my go to for any mobile phone issues.”

“Great place to buy and trade games in staff is amazing some can seem to be in mood which can put people off at time and to many manages maybe if they had a manager to say what need to be done or give staff a better understanding but overall it does for what i need in a shop that sells board games ect as for staff there is 2 great members and one who has no clue”

“Popped in here to pick up some items for a birthday gift. It's a large store but some items I was after were out of stock. There was also some mislabeling of an item that wasn't actually on offer. Staff were friendly and the layout was good. Location is a little off main shopping area but I take a shortcut through Asda carpark.”

“I am so very grateful to your employees Rhianne & Johnny. They were so incredibly helpful to me. I had unfortunately changed my phone plan instead of increasing my allowance. It was my Mum's funeral the day after and I no longer had a signal. . Rhianne listened to me and then directed me to Johnny. He changed my SIM and wow I had a phone that worked again. I am so very grateful to the two of them as I needed people to be able to phone me as I was organising my Mum's funeral. Thank you so much to 2 wonderful people and wonderful Customer Service.
