shocking service from the shane in o2 in Trowbridge for a start standing and Leaning over the apple display isn't a very good 1st impression!! Also being the manager definitely shouldn't be doing it! I went in to pay off my device plan and get my pac code as going to different provider shane told me he can't do it in store and gave me a number I spoke to someone I know who worked in the store and told them what shane had said they told me they can do it in store as they have the 360 platform which you can do all the stuff customer service can do shocking service and to be lied to by a manager aswell clearly just couldn't be bothered to do his job!!!! Looking at the reviews of this store 9/10 is about shane clearly he is a problem and being the manager he will get the staff to copy him o2 you need to get rid of him!!!!

Awful customer service, staff talk to you like your are an idiot. Reflects on o2 in general to be honest. Manager was quite rude and very unhelpful, didn't have any concern for my problem. Avoid.

We have formally and legally lodged a complaint this afternoon through the correct channels as they do not adhere to their policies and procedures. Rob was directed by Shane the store manager to speak in his absence without resolution to our legal rights as consumers. We?ve taken this to the senior management team as Rob the store assistant wasn?t aware who the CEO/directors were. We have since found out and contacted them directly about our ordeal this afternoon.Update 11/8/23 : Following our complaint, the investigation found it in our favour that the Trowbridge store were indeed breaching their terms. Next time, listen to your customers. I hope the Trowbridge team learn from their incompetence.

We popped in here today as we had issues with paying a bill. We were served by a very rude lady - I have no idea why she chose to work in a customer facing role when she rolls her eyes at customers and speaks to them in a sarcastic and patronising way!She huffed as she told us only the O2 social media pages can help us with this; we had a couple more questions regarding a different matter but again we were told she can?t help us at all and we need to go on the O2 social media page. A colleague then came over to ask her a question, again who was made to feel really small as she spoke to them very rudely.It?s fair enough if a query like ours cannot be dealt with in store but to be treated with disrespect and in such a patronising way is not a great look for the store or O2 in general. They need to do better or get staff to complete customer service training courses!

We came into store today and we were served by Rob, he went above and beyond for us. He was assisting us whilst also helping other customers and supporting the other staff in store. He dealt with some tricky situations and didn?t let anything phase him or dampen his mood. We truly couldn?t have asked for a better experience, thank you Rob for everything you did for us. You are an asset to the store!

Christine my wife recently brought a new mobile phone from the 02 shop on the Shires Trowbridge. Being older we are not to sure on technology. Been back three times now to ask diferent question and each tome the staff have been very patient and very helpful. The customer service have been above and beyond what we expected..
