“I live in Trowbridge and this is the pet shop I always go to, bought two savic plazas there a few months ago and the staff were very kind and helpful when I first got my hammy. Although they got the sex of her mixed up I didn't really mind. In the future I'm not going to buy from them though because my brother got his female there and she had genetic mutations in her body. I heard they get there animals from breeding mills so please don't buy animals there. All the products are good and affordable so I can't see the issue with some of the people leaving one star reviews. I think it all around rounds up to the staff you meet and your personal experience but for me it's great. Carry on pets at home ?!”
