Went in argos today.and I went to pay for a product and the older male assistant was a very rude man .wasn't polite at all and couldn't even be bothered to even let me know that my item was there just stamped my receipt and walked away so in future I will stick with melksham

I would like to say a massive thank you to the man in the festive shirt at Warminster sorry I didn?t get your name. But he took my daughters dummies that were addressed to Santa and in return gave her the toy I bought her and told her he would send the dummies to the North Pole for Santa to give to other babies.Thank you so making what could have been a very stressful situation very magical.Merry Christmas x

I bought a toaster. Since it was too small for me, I wanted to return it and get a bigger one. Warmmester argos also said they couldn't replace it because I have fingerprints. I'm very curious how can I open the box without touching the box without fingerprint. rob every customer once

Anyone buying a steam iron, my advise is to check that it does not have water in it, before leaving the store. It was a complete BAD experience at this ARGOS store.

I've been in here a few times, staff have always been friendly and helpful and the service is also efficient.The most recent time I visited, the product listed on the website (that I bought) and the one that I received were different designs. I assume this is because of a newer model being available, but them not updating the photos on the website. Although it's probably a one-off, when a different design comes out and looks quite significantly different from the existing one, I do think it would be good for them to update the website ASAP so as to reflect it and so that customers know what they'll receive.However, this isn't a fault of the store and the staff were helpful in trying to resolve the issue and offered to refund it. The slightly lower score reflects the fact that although it was handled well, I left without the product that I had specifically travelled there to get but most experiences with this store have been positive!
