Friendly, easy to get to, cheap. 2 Starbucks machines in the back, better than going into the actual starbucks.Slightly confusing layout but overall a good service station.

Fairly poor, toilets could do with some love. Unless you need the loo, there is a much cheaper layby cafe just a half mile further on.

Very bad experience, when we visited and spent a fortune on petrol unfortunately we (whole family) weren't able to use the toilet, as like we were told the toilet was broken, there was a sign, but not very visible as the entrance to the shop is very cluttered plus rude staff. If we knew there was a problem with the toilet we wouldn't have stopped there.

What a dump! Both the petrol station or the Starbucks had closed their toilets forcing us to use the public toilets behind the petrol station. Both of which stank as though they hadn't been cleaned since the mid 80s.Having been subjected to this, we passed on both the coffee and petrol.

It was very busy, the toilets were closed in Starbucks and inside the station. There were 3 toilet's for females and it was disgusting :(

Easy to find, sadly Ladies toilet was broken, as were all the toilets in Starbucks across the way, so not very convenient.

We stopped at this location on our way to Cornwall last Saturday (1st July). The shop seemed well stocked with several items which we needed, and also delicious Starbucks coffee. The surprise came when we were greeted at the counter by what seemed to be a 6-8 year old girl! Although her service was lovely and cheerful, it came from a very clearly young child.Personally nor me or my husband thought it was appropriate for a young child to be working behind a counter surrounded by various vaping products, or to be using a cash till with money in it. I also assume as a petrol station cigarettes were also within the vicinity of the serving counter. I was quite surprised that this was supported by the two adults stood behind her. I am unsure whether the company operates a ?bring your child to work? scheme, or whether childcare was an issue here, but I certainly don?t think child labour is allowed within this, or any UK business.I hope this situation is addressed soon, as we drove away with great concerns for the security and wellbeing of this location, its next customers, and particularly the child working behind the counter. I expect we were not the only consumers concerned regarding the clear child exploitation occurring at this site.

What an absolute joke. Meant to be a 24hr services. Yet every night you get a member of staff closing the shop at 9.50pm then someone special takes over. With a floor court full of people and a woman with her small child wanting to use the toilet but getting turned down before 10pm when on the door it states the doors will be closed and people need to use the window. 6 customers, me and my family included. Sat there being told by a 1 member of staff that they'll be 5mins, only when they went and the older special man took over he had the cheek to tell everyone it was going to take him another 20mins before anyone could buy anything or fill their cars up.He needs sacking. Take him off the late shift and tell him to go get cared for at home. He narrates what he's doing as he does it then reads out all the nutritional info on the back of all products you've asked for while counting them out individually asif to a nursery rhyme.Absolute donut! Zero empathy, zero respect for customers.

Do not ask the staff in the shop where the toilets are as they are very sarcastic and rude about it! Not what you want when you've been on the road for along time. Need more pleasant staff.

Got my paper and some journey supplies. Had a great chat with the cashier about lifestyle choices. Love the unexpected.

Toilets pretty poor and round the back. No sign of any accessible toilets. Ones in Starbucks closed, even for customers so everyone sent to the petrol station ones.

? Visiting the ESSO EG WILLOUGHBY HEDGE proved to be a mixed bag of convenience and discomfort. While the establishment offers round-the-clock service and a respite for road-weary travelers, its amenities leave much to be desired.? Convenient location: The mini services are strategically located along the A303, making it a practical stopover for a quick break or to refuel during long journeys.? Open 24/7: Its all-day and all-night operations are a boon, particularly for late-night drivers who can top up with essentials whenever required.? Poor restroom facilities: Unfortunately, the toilet facilities are far from satisfactory. They are inconveniently located at the back and are not well-maintained.? Lack of accessible toilets: The unavailability of accessible toilets is a glaring shortcoming, creating a potential barrier for those with mobility issues. The closure of toilets even within the Starbucks premises exacerbates the situation. In summary, while ESSO EG WILLOUGHBY HEDGE serves as a useful pit stop along the A303 for its convenience and 24/7 availability, it sorely needs to improve its restroom facilities. The absence of accessible toilets is a significant drawback that the management should address promptly. The establishment has potential, but until these key issues are rectified, it risks tarnishing its reputation. ?

Definitely a services i wouldn't bother with again. The toilets are absolutely vile and I clean for a living. They smelt horrid and no tissue paper. Only blue roll and a multi service cleaner on the window seal. Cannot see where it was used with the floor all flooded.
