“I arrived yesterday for one evening's stay at lunchtime yesterday (October 15th) The pub was very busy doing lunches, but that did not stop the staff taking the time to deal with my requirements in a calm and professional manner.I had Sunday lunch which was a trio of meats, and it was excellent to the point that I ended up in a food coma!! The pub was showing the Rugby World Cup Quarter finals which I watched, and I even participated in pub quiz that was held between the two matches.My room was wonderful. Warm, clean and everything you could ask for. Breakfast was also excellent with a large selection of cereals fruit, and cooked breakfast.A big thank you to Steve and all his staff for helping make a memorable day for me.”
