Whent in for photo driving licence update - shop clean and tidy. Staff friendly and attentive. Processed quickly. Excellent service.

Did not inform DPD that there was a parcel to be collected from their drop off service.Instead my parcel sat in this post office for nearly a week. Luckily I chased and DPD head office got involved blaming the post office for not informing them of anything to collect. Mine wasn't the only package either!The service when I dropped the parcel off was nice and friendly. However this means nothing if they don't do their job properly.

Came in on a busy saturday morning 4th march 2023 to renew driving licence, the staff were exceptional. Ever so friendly and efficient, I was served by a gentleman, name unknown.

Rude and unhelpful man there. He didn't want to help me even though online says that the post office provides the service I need there. He made me feel unwelcome there. He didn't have a name badge. Or a professional manner

I?m not local to Warminster , so have not needed to use the Post Office regularly, but since Westbury is now closed indefinitely I might have to make more trips. The staff members are helpful and obliging and try their best although often short staffed. Being at the counter is often not easy and the staff are to be congratulated.

My experience with this place is 50/50 . On one hand there is a lovely man who works there who is so helpful, polite and all around lovely but on the other there is a right miserable woman who works there who has ripped me off several times, makes me feel like I'm inconviencing her life by trying to post my parcels and it quiet rude in her general grumpiness.

Got at the door at 8:50 but still locked and the open hours are 8:30.It's not a bank holiday today so I assume it's shut down .Trowbridge it is then from now on

Sunday afternoon and only 1 person working in the Post Office, ended up waiting around 15minutes just to get a stamp. No one else coming to help and individual not even apologising for delay.
