“We stayed for 4 nights at the Bath Arms. Although we had a bit of a hassle when we arrived, this was nothing to do with the hotel. It was the previous occupants who did not vacate the room when they should have. The hotel dealt with it very promptly and efficiently. The staff were marvellous, as was the room. We ate in the pub each day and the food was very good. We would highly recommend The Bath Arms. Thank you for a pleasant stay.”
