“The young lady on the counter served me Gold Leaf instead of Amber Leaf today (and I hate Gold Leaf). Not her fault really; if we still had branded packaging (with warnings) it wouldn't have been a problem; and it's not such a hard mistake to make. I opened the tobacco (not realising myself) and had 2 cigarettes from it before deciding to return it. The manager very helpfully agreed to exchange the tobacco for Gold Leaf. Very helpful, great service, very positive experience all round.”

“I shop here often with my boyfriend when I'm in the UK and we enjoy to go grab late night snacks or morning breakkie there:) sometimes they're out of stock of lots of products, and sometimes they ask me for the ID for energy drinks and stuff (despite me being well over 18+) but it happens:) overall positive experience!”
