Since this pharmacy has changed hands, the service is absolutely dire. They need to sort their prescription service out, which is completly diabolical. I can?t find words to describe the total shambles of a business.

I appreciate their time, always polite to me. Got my prescription delivered with no fuss in just three days after ordering, always professional. Could probably do with more staff! NHS staffing crisis knows no bounds. Usually don't have to wait for too long considering.

My pills have not been delivered today as advised. Unpleasant lady dressed in black. I have angina and have suffered an mi and need my medication delivered as I no longer drive. When Madge was there she was very obliging. They don't answer the phone either. Awful. Over 70 and suffering. I was told today but nothing

I kniw sometimes it frustrating l have to wait but we must remember they have a lot to fo and with little staff l personally have always always found care and attention and profeessionalism very well done to sll the staff

My husband has very poor health so I use this pharmacy more regularly than most. Despite some obvious pressure, probably due to lack of staff, I have always found the staff to be professional, very helpful & friendly.

Yet another one star review, if only it could be zero! Inefficient, rude and useless. Often impossible to reach on the phone, prescriptions rarely ready to collect even when they've had them for a week, surly staff who blatantly lie about when prescriptions were received from the GP, very rarely enough medication to fill a prescription so at least two journeys required each time - with only paid parking available - and then they have the cheek to try to charge twice for two doses of the same medication every single time. Pigeons learn faster than them! My last ever visit to this shambles. Save yourself the pain - go somewhere better.

Are Murrays not looking at their reviews or do they just not care? All reviews are negative over the past one year, with not one response to a negative review.I agree with other reviewers ...phone not answered...prescriptions never ready...items missing...turned away despite repeat prescription on system. Have now been told customers have to allow one week from when prescriptions sent over from doctor.SOLUTION:- give staff overtime to get rid of backlog ... make up prescriptions in advance... answer phone.I would love to support this local business but will unfortunately also be moving to another pharmacy :(

I have just switched to try a different pharmacy as I'm fed up with prescriptions not being ready. I have placed repeat prescription orders a week or more in advance and found that they're not ready and told to come back in 10 to 15 mins. Even then, sometimes I have had to wait a bit longer. Im not the only one, every time i go jn there i hear someone being told the same thing. Also some staff are lacking in customer service skills and can be abrupt and jobsworthsy.

When they get busy they take phone off the hook, I've caught them out twice, stand outside and ring them then go inside and watch them ignore it, when they are asked why they not answering calls they deny it and all of a sudden some e puts the headset on and starts answering, also very unfriendly counter staff.

This must be the worst pharmacy to ring up you can't get tru to them any time of the day I try ones 32 times keeps saying line busy you can't tel me that they are that busy to pick up the phone avoid this pharmacy terrible

Ohh dear what a terrible experience have to wait a week for prescription they don't pick up the phone and some times can be very abrupt when you get thru phoned about 50 times in last few days
